How long does it take to get my order?

All our orders are personalized and made to order.   Even our statement Tshirts.  Typically, we ship your item within 3-5 business days.  However, if you require faster shipping, feel free to contact us!

Speaking of shipping, how do you ship your items?

We ship all our items via USPS First Class mail with tracking.  Of course, this depends on weight.  When necessary (i.e. item to heavy for USPS First Class), we will automatically upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost.

What is your return policy?

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

1. Since these products are personalized, we do not accept returns unless it is our error.  Please be sure to review your order carefully to ensure it is accurate.

2. If it is our error, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt of your item to arrange a return and/or replacement.  Items must not be washed, worn or stained to be eligible.

STATEMENT SHIRTS:

Please be sure to review the sizing chart for each shirt carefully.  There may be slight variations in your normal size to those we offer.  We do not accept returns on shirts due to sizing issues. 

ALL OTHER ITEMS:

Each item is made carefully by a husband and wife team.  We complete a quality review of each item prior to packaging.  If there is an error made in the decoration of any item that is our error, please contact us so we may arrange a refund, replacement and/or return within 10 days of receipt.
